Will be hard to recommend, but some needs were met somehow.

Proximity to Venice Grand Canal where all the eateries are, walked 10 minutes to it. Lobby ok, grocery stores closeby, nail and hair salon next to lobby. The mat in between bed nice touch but slipping. Able to request things needed. They provided the mat on the shower floor to prevent slidding accident especially for seniors. The one and only rack is broken, fixed but can't hang anything heavy. .Stingy supply of toilet paper but supplied one at a time.

Cockroaches present in the kitchen and bathroom, they've said it's been cleaned and not to leave food out. We never had any meal inside the unit, more convenient to eat out. Suggested the following for their future renters: grab bars inside the shower for seniors/elderly, very high towel rack hard to reach by short people, bed by the wall (should be in the middle) to make it easier for the other person to get in and out. Did not supply hooks to hang needed to change clothes after shower requested to be hanged behind the door or wall. TV was not working for a few days and we stayed for 10 days but finally they fixed it. Very disappointed.

Wonderful

Location; responsiveness to my request/issues that arise.

-Intermittent noise fr neighboring floor not communicated. -Visited by couple of small roaches -Bathroom needs more cleaning - mold/mildew are visible in the shower walls. -Towels provided are worn out; 'tho smells clean, stains are visible. Time to replace. -Fr my last stay (5yrs ago), Unit now needs some up keep, ie repaint nicks on cabinet/closet handles, replace shade of lamp, etc. -Fix TV -Undersink cabinet smells

comfortable and relaxing

From the time we arrived, even it was late already, we were greeted with a smile and handed in the keys straightaway. Wifi is with excellent connection as well as the TV, having complimentary tea and coffee was helpful as well as the toilettries. The shower is really good, there are comfortable beds and we are able to have restful sleep. The swimming pool is clean and enjoyable and relaxing. The place is very convenient to shops, restaurants and is really very near the Venice Mall. I would like to recommend this place. Really satisfied with the service. Will come back again. Thank you for giving us a good place to stay.

I really like it. You can cook, do your laundry, and even iron your clothes there.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The place is near restaurants, and there is also a grocery store nearby. I didn't use the rice cooker, but I think it is very thoughtful of the host.

The place had bad cellphone signal. The window blinds could be a bit darker.

The best place ever..

We like the place and the design of the room is so cozy...

The place is so nice.. Very Relaxing.. We had a great time and all the things that we needed is provided by the host.. The wifi is so strong.. All in 1 its good to stay with your family even though its not big but still you can relax.. Its so very nice

The apartment was a clean, comfortable and convenient...

The apartment was a clean, comfortable and convenient "home away from home" during our family trip to Manila. It's located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with the Venice Grand Canal Mall just a short walk away. Our hosts were very accommodating and went out of their way to answer our questions such as where the nearest grocery store was, etc. We will definitely book again in future!

Apart from very minor flaws, the room is great and very comfy and cozy.. Love the minimalism and design; very good interiors too! Location is great, just a few minutes walk from Venice Grand Canal Mall.. Would visit this place again soon!

Location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and responsiveness of Owner/Staff.

a great place to stay

I like the Interior , the kitchen facilities, wifi and location. Host is accomodating.

The sofa bed was short for the 2 boys. Btw, please don't leave used slippers and empty boxesin the condo, it uses up spaces in the cabinets.
